The thesis focuses on dyadic customer-supplier relationships in the context of etailing in Vietnam. The thesis explores modes of conflict resolution, according to different cultures and in particular Asian culture with the case of Vietnam. A quantitative field allows to validate Hofsted's typology as well as the hypotheses based on the conflict and its modes of resolution in various cultural contexts.
